Did phone screening, mention will prepare for 2 second interview. Contact the recruiter for follow-up after a few weeks. She just ghosted me, after a few months, only I received an automated email saying I didn't get it. As a human recruiter has the decency to at least reply to the applicants, especially when you have already left a bad impression by missing the first call.
