Interviewer was 10 minutes late. When she joined she informed me that salary/base/training will be discussed later if successful. She asked me first to stand up so she could take a screenshot then to introduce myself and asked me some questions.

Q:Why do you want to become a cabin crew? Q:Why Ryanair? Q:What was the biggest challenge you encountered in your customer service experience? Q:Do you have visible tattoos? Q:How tall are you? Q:Are you able to relocate? Q:Can you financially survive until you receive your first pay? Q:What base you prefer? Q:Can you use contact lenses if it's mandatory(because I wear glasses)
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
