The way I was treated for this process was bad. It took 2 months after I applied to even hear anything. The next thing I heard was asking for an assignment before the interview, which was weird, but I needed a job so I did it. It required a video explaining why you want to work there and a one page newsletter sample of their product. Took another month to find out I was rejected. I have a strong feeling they are going to use my sample in their actual newsletter.
