Royal Forex interview questions

Be very, VERY careful with anything to do with Monlinks and Royal Forex (and maybe Advance Career) in Cyprus. They are extremely dodgy and they show a possibly fraudulent business model. They promise roughly 1500€ a month, 4 flights a year to any EU country, paid rent, paid bills and a company car, so you work Monday to Friday, 11AM to 8PM. I was told their sales retention was all about building customer relationships and helping with the sales... I thank all the gods there are in this universe I was able to attend an online training before moving there because the reality is: you'll be working from 10h30AM to 9PM (minimum!!!) - that's 10 hours and 30 minutes minimum every day, under insane amounts of pressure, paid bonuses cash in hands (tax evasion/avoidance?) to basically pressure people into making deposits and "invest it" (aka lose it) and deal with people who lost money. If you're ok losing your mind over this and if you're a heartless human who's ok with aggressive sales techniques to "steal" money from old people and people who are in need and turn to FOREX with promises of big earnings (almost impossible), then this is for you. I was basically told we'd have to lie constantly to get people to deposit and lose money, and that was "the customer's problem, not ours". The fact that their LinkedIn and FB pages are full of made-up profiles should have been a huge red-flag from the very start. How these guys are still licensed and able to continue doing business is beyond me but, as far as I know, Monlinks *IS* Royal Forex (and also possibly Advance Career) and they all belong to the big dog ROInvesting who's a partner of AC MILAN. The conditions they offered sounded too good to be true but you'd be earning close to 7.28€ per hour, basic salary. This is modern-day slavery. Some of the people that interviewed me had been fired by the time I had the online training, apparently. Tread very, very carefully.
