The entire process only took 4 days. I truly do not believe they even looked at my resume. The position I interviewed for was community engagement coordinator. The first interview was a group zoom which I found odd since I was given no heads up that it would be group. The second interview is where they basically pitched the company to you. Everyone starts at the exact same position and job. You may see multiple jobs posted from them but it’s false. This is a sales job. Indeed lists it as 50K but then during the interview you find out you actually start out at 500 a week plus commission. If I had know that it was this type of job I wouldn’t haven’t applied and wouldn’t have coordinated my hectic current work schedule to make time for interviews. The lack of transparency is distasteful.
