The recruitment consultant made contact and advised the key elements of the role, the culture, the transformation the client is seeking and the type of individual they seek. This is to be followed by a review by the client and then a face to face meeting. Background checks for security will be required.

Interview
I knew about the opportunity via a recruiter, so the recruiter organized the interview for me. I landed on the interview three weeks after submitting the application. I was interviewed with four people, three engineers and one marketing officer. They were questions related to the requirements in the job description. They were nice and being helpful during the interview.
