Had a quick phone call then was invited for an in-person interview. I was given a paper version of my application to manually fill out again and then spoke with the person in charge of the position. They stated that communication was an issue in the office and they were hoping to fix that. After my interview on Friday I was told to expect a phone call on the following Monday. I called in around Tuesday and was told that the interviewer didn’t have a chance to speak with the official hiring manager but they would be end of day. I called back a week later and was told the same thing. Over-all, seems like a pleasant place to work but the cited lack of communication is apparent. Would have appreciated any sort of answer rather than just waiting it out and guessing they moved forward in a different direction.
