Phone call first, then a super day with three different interviews where most questions were behavioral or about specific interest in retail and Ross. Overall a great experience and every employee was extremely kind. It was a pretty quick process and heard back within just a few weeks!

Interview
They were good, but took forever to contact me back for the next step. There were three steps for the interview. First step was phone interview. Second step was 1 on 1 at the university. Third step was panel and 1 on 1 interviews.
