Rollick interview questions

It started with taking a full week just to schedule an interview. I asked about the interview structure and was told it would be a one hour call with the person I had been in touch with. When the time came, I ended up interviewing with someone else. I did not mind the change, but it would have been more professional to send a quick message letting me know that a different person would be conducting the interview. The interviewer was nice, but I never heard back from Rollick again. I followed up after the interview to ask for an update, but I never received a response. Overall, the process did not feel smooth. It took a full week just to arrange the interview, and I did not get a single update afterward.
