Beware: there’s a non-disparagement clause hidden in their NDA (required to sign before interviewing). There’s no expiration date, and it legally prevents you from saying anything bad about the company *even if true.*
When I asked if it would be possible to delay signing until the offer stage, they canceled my interview, ghosted me & filled the role before finally getting back to me (thus preventing me from ever having the option to change my mind & sign).
This is a red flag given the discrimination cases surfacing at peer companies. Would not be surprised if Rockstar Games has some skeletons in their closet, and would strongly caution women to consider other options first.
