The hiring managers were very friendly and the interview process lasted about 40 minutes (two sets of 20 minute interviews). Overall, good experience. The questions were all competency based and had to use the STAR technique.

Cooles Format mit Videoaufnahmen zu bestimmten Fragen, die man aber beliebig oft wiederholen kann. Danach habe ich jedoch auf die Rückfrage per E-Mail keine Antwort bekommen, sondern nur >1 Monat danach die Absage.

El proceso fue una dinámica de grupo presencial con 8 personas, además de una entrevista personal. La entrevista personal fue la habitual pero la dinámica me pareció demasiado avanzada para el puesto.
