Interview
Assesment Center with personality and skills test (verbal and numerical) and and then two interviews. One with the HR department and a brand manager and after two weeks another one with the marketing director and two brand managers. The Assesment Center was on line, while the interviews whera at Roche's offices. I had the job offer one week later.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Roche (Casablanca, Greater Casablanca) in May 2012
Interview
I had 7 interviews overall:
1 with HR, 2 with future manager, 3 with each business unit's head, 1 with country manager
The process was lengthy with little provided feedback. It seemed that the decision was mainly done by CEO. HR were responsive and helpful though through the process.
They are very serious about puctuality (it's a swiss company), 3- 5min is considered a big delay
