Interview
Although my title was software engineer, I didn't write a single line of code. The job was more of a project management and system engineering position. I did a lot of documentation of requirements. Therefore my questions were more about describing the projects I had been on. What went right and what went wrong.

Question 1
Describe a situation were you disagreed with management and what did you do?
I had 2 tech rounds and 1 managerial. Problem solving and logical reasoning questions. Coding related questions. Programs based on different scenarios. Real time example of different design patterns. 2 nd round was but complex one with exploring different areas of technical expertise.

Interview
There are 2 technical rounds
1 HR round and
1 Managerial round. Technical rounds have multiple panel members for the interview. Managerial round is to check for cultural fit. HR round mostly for salary dicsussions
My interview was scheduled in December 2020. It was a great experience had two back to back interview with great conversation around SWE principles. I heard back after two days.
