There was general phone interview with Manager and then a two hour onsite interview with different groups and people from related departments. The phone interview involved introduction of the company and the role by the Manager and then quick basic hiring questions like why do you think you are suitable for this position and what interest you in applying for this position , how quickly can you join, etc. During the on site interview Manager first walked around the facilities and then asked few personality questions. Second round was with the team where the team asked about more technical questions related to the resume and experience. There were two more rounds with managers of other team who focused more on suitable lab technique questions.
