The process itself was not long. I first met with the team and each person asked me a question regarding the role. After I met the head of the department and was asked a few questions as well.

Easy going, straight forward questions focused on why I want this job. 2 people came for the interview. Both of them were empathetic and very polite. Interview lasted almost 2 hours including a lab tour with future colleagues
