The company employees all seemed very busy working (which is good to see) from when I went in the door until I left. They squeezed my interview into an hour. This included a technical test which wasn’t too difficult in comparison to what I have seen. But I feel it was one of the better tests I have had. The questions really related to the job I was applying for and wasn’t outdated or asked anything strange that you would never encounter.
The two engineers in the interview seemed nice and didn’t have too many questions for me. The Engineering Manager was nice and to the point. He expressed his concern with my dislike of travel and he seemed concerned with my lack of experience. Both points I can understand. This is why I didn’t get an offer.
Over all it was a good experience even though I didn’t get the job and I would recommend others to check out the company.
