Went through a recruiting agency. I had prepared before and had discussed the position with the recruiter prior to the interview. The interview was through a zoom link. Then the interviewer went through the process of explaining the role and why there is a vacancy. Then he began asking me questions and allowed me to ask some follow-up questions. The interview lasted a little over an hour.
