Interview
Two part process. First interview was over teams with hr and the marketing manager. 2nd interview was in person with head of branding, marketing manager and a graphic designer. The format was wooly, with very few direct questions asked. Also it became clear that they didn’t understand the difference between an artworker and a graphic designer and were possibly looking for a graphic designer. I have skills on both areas, but had prepared to showcase my artwork skills rather than graphic design ones. There seemed to be a disconnect in understanding of roles within the department. No Feedback was given after the interview, and no formal yes or no was ever given. All rather vague and a little unprofessional.
