The interview process was thorough yet fair, and well-structured from start to finish. It consisted of five stages: an initial conversation with a talent recruiter, followed by interviews with the CS Director, a mock call, a discussion with the CRO, and a final conversation with an HR leader.
Each step felt intentional and gave me a clear understanding of both the expectations of the role and the dynamics of the team. I especially appreciated the mock call, which offered a realistic preview of what the day-to-day responsibilities would look like. It also provided valuable insight into how CS leadership structures and delivers feedback, and gave me the opportunity to demonstrate how I receive and implement that feedback in practice.
Overall, the process gave me a comprehensive view of the company, the team, and how I would fit into the role. It felt like a two-way evaluation, where I was not only being assessed, but also given the opportunity to assess whether the team and environment were the right fit for me.
