Applied thorugh Linkedin, received confirmation of an interview from the HR Department and arranged time and venue. 2 days later after interview I was offered the floor manager position and was put through extensive induction process
Firstly you get a 10 minute call with Talent Team where they're asking about your relevant skills, salary expectations and tells you more about the role, then if you're successful, you're invited to the store interview with the store manager. That interview lasts 1 hour.

Interview
Applied online via CV and then was contacted by a member of the RI team via email. I was given an interview invite and was asked to choose a time from small selection of slots. The interview took place in store and consisted of a Floor walk followed by explaining your observations and recommendations then general interview questions. “Explain to me your last retail position?”, “What were your duties in that role?”
