I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ritz-Carlton (Santiago) in Jun 2011
Interview
Friendly yet professional. Very direct and to the point. Held in an HR office . I was interviewed by my immediate superior. She was the only one that interviewed me. After I passed I had to a attend a workshop of course, and training. Not paid. The training was useful, they pass you through all the areas so you can eventually change areas should you meet the needed requirements.
