Engaging, insightful, and overall accommodating to my schedule. Interviewer was very kind and open to answer any questions. Highly recommend this process for those interested in the hospitality industry or hotel sector.

I got an email and set up a time to meet in person. The interviewer was the manager and was nice and professional, They asked for STAR-formatted work stories/experiences. This means Situation, Task, Action, and Result.

They asked for specifically STAR-formatted work stories/experiences. This means Situation, Task, Action, and Result. The questions were pretty basic and were not hard.

Interview
I was interviewed by the director of front office who was very outgoing and easy to talk to though i did wait for them for about 45 minutes after our scheduled time. Interview questions were standard and easy to answer.

Tell me about yourself? Tell me a time you were faced a difficult situation, and what did you do? Tell me a time you did not get along with a colleague.
One phone screening, and two in person interviews with my direct manager and the director of operations. Super nice, they really wanted to get to know you and why you chose the hospitality industry.
