HR personnel confirmed the interview timing and made me fill up a form prior to interview, however within two hours the same HR personnel emailed me to cancel the invitation as they have found someone already. In the first place why even invite for an interview? Extremely unprofessional and big red flag, luckily it w as virtual so did not have to travel.
