Behavior Interview (Riots Values) - medium I didn’t pass this part, no feed back provided I guess they didn’t like my answers. Possibly I was too honest or I just didn’t align with their values.

Interview
Star method questions mostly customer-centric, focused on customer employee relations and you should be a full-time gamer. Don't answer anything related to tech like code, infra, architecture. They'll reject without any feedback.
Initial phone interview was with an HR guy who performs a culture interview. Job description didn't mention that being a League of Legends player is a minimum requirement for the position. Even with prior video game company experience and a stellar resume, you MUST be a gamer, and you MUST play their games. Seriously, if you don't play their game, you're immediately disqualified; don't waste your time.
