Interviewed with the finance lead and head of finance. As other candidates have noted, the interview is almost entirely quantitative, nothing was asked about my background or experience in any depth.
Both of my interviewers have worked in the same past three jobs, which was a negative takeaway as a candidate, a more diverse pool would have been preferred. The questions are all taken off of wallstreetprep.com. Google "investment banking questions" and you'll ace the interview.
This was surprising as a candidate as it seemed at odds with the job description, which was focused on expense reporting and operations. It also had nothing to do with soft skills or, well, actual management.
