Phone interview with the Senior Accounting Manager. They said they were impressed with my cover letter, so it seems like Riot does go through each application personally. Asked me accounting related questions and typical behavioral questions, total phone call was about 45 minutes long. Be prepared to know your resume inside and out.
Overall, it was a very friendly interview, felt that they really cared about the fit of the company culture and its potential employees.

Interview
Did two phone interviews, one followed by other. I applied online application for the position. Within few months, I was contacted to have an initial phone interview. First one was more like screening your background and the second one was more detailed as to asking questions related to actual skills and knowledge. Managers were really friendly and kind.
