I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RingCentral (Belmont, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Fairly straight forward process, screen, meeting with hiring manager then RVP. Final presentation to do a mock product pitch.
Only problem is that if you don't move forward, you get ghosted. Sounds like this is a common theme. At least give the courtesy "we went with someone else."
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RingCentral (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was lengthy consistenting of 4 virtual interviews including a stand and deliver presentation for a 5 person leadership panel.
Even so, my recruiter was amazing. I appreciated her guidance and transparency throughout the interview process.

Be prepared for a few phone interviews and an in person presentation . This is pretty standard for any software company to first have a call with a recruiter to make sure there is a fit for job requirements, salary, expectations, Etc. Glassdoor I want to review you for this process of putting 30 words in the description. More importantly you'll have 1 to 2 more phone interviews then you go into the office to deliver a sales presentation on your choice. Is this a long enough explaination?
