Hr drop me a message which about they interested about my portfolio.
After the phone call with Ring Central Hr, they invited me to attended the job interview.
We ran the interview via RingCentral online communication products. The interviewers including designer lead and manager. It took around 1 hours

The interviewers asked follow up questions about my portfolio.
For example, how do you make the design decision.
And some questions about business.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RingCentral (Hong Kong)
Interview
There were 4 rounds of interviews.
1st round with HR
2nd round with a manager and a designer from Mainland China.
3rd round with a manager from HK.
4th round with a lead from the US.
The whole interview process took around 1 month.
The interview experience was friendly and good. While I was mad at HR. She didn't actively share the final result until I asked, and then she told me I was not match for the job. It's ok to not get the offer, but if HR already knows the result, shouldn't she share it with the applicant ASAP? I didn't feel respected.
