I was invited to an interview for this position. On the day of the interview, I received an email informing me that the interview date was postponed by one week, which I had no issue with. After the interview, I was told that I would be informed of the result within two weeks, but I received no update. After a month, I followed up via email to inquire about the outcome but received no response. Approximately two months later, I received an email stating that I was invited for a second-round interview and that a link would be sent to me soon. However, I still did not receive any further communication. I emailed them again requesting to schedule a new appointment but received no reply. Ultimately, I discovered through checking the Join website that I had been rejected. My concern is not the rejection itself but the unprofessional behavior displayed by the company, as they did not even bother to send a courteous email to inform me of the outcome. Finding a job from my country for positions in other countries is already challenging, and I truly do not appreciate such dramas with recruiters.
