I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Rhodium (Singapore) in Sept 2019
Interview
Overall they will make you feel like you are worthless and not worth their time. Chief Risk & Compliance's (Tay Seow Hong) attitude was arrogant and whatever answer you give, he will try to twist your words to get you frustrated. He will tell you that you are risk adverse, but when he finds out that you are in your final year even though you have relevant full time working experience, he will still reject you nonetheless. As the Chief Risk & Compliance, he is risk adverse. There's nothing wrong with having a full time job while studying part time, even the CEO of the company itself joined 1 of the Big 4 during his second year of his accountancy degree. Glad that I don't have to work under a boss who is inflexible, risk adverse and thinks that having a degree is much more important that having relevant experience. Makes me feel like asking him if he was comfortable working at SIA back then, and why did he choose to even attend the interview with Rhodium before he was hired by them.
You are not what we are looking for, because we can't afford to wait for you to finish school. Your agent is not good at all, and you've wasted our time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Rhodium (London, England) in Jun 2014
Interview
2 stages: With property manager then director
First of all met 2 junior property managers who gave me a preliminary interview which was more of a personality test. 3 days later was called back to speak with the director who interviewed me and focused on the job itself and to see if i had the necessary skills.
