The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Nov 2009
Interview
I met up with one of the development managers at a recruiting session at a restaurant. He wanted me to explain some of my projects in my portfolio and he went over what the job consisted of. He was impressed with me and he told me to schedule a phone interview with them. The phone interview was just general work questions that included whether or not I smoke and would it bother me if I had to do a drug test on a consistent basis. After that they told to go to their website and schedule a time to take their assessment test. The test contained a personality test, math, mechanical interest, and a logic test. The math and logic test were timed and the rest were at your own pace. Then I had to fill out an application, which included a consent form to allow them to check your credit history. They had me wait 15 minutes after that and then they let me go. I got a rejection email a week later.

Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
