Process was a little long with a couple assessments. About 3-4 interviews were involved followed by a test. Overall pretty standard interview questions from all participants. All interviews were conducted over zoom.
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
