The interview was made after application was looked and assessments were taken. E-mails were exchanged with an internal recruiter and I was scheduled to interview with another internal recruiter. The interview was over Zoom. The next step was to fill out an applicant form.

Interview
First, I had to take a four hour assessment from a different site.
I got a phone call a couple of days later from a recruiter and planned a date to take a proctored exam.
The entire process had nothing to do with the role I was applying for.

Why do you want to work for Reynolds and Reynolds?
Applied online, then went into offices for testing and a brief interview. I think there was some testing online before I got a request to interview in person. More testing before the in-person interview that was math based and filled out some paperwork.

Pretty standard questions and the interviewer wasn't too thorough with anything, at least for a part-time role
