I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2021
Interview
I took the qualifying exam that consisted of math, vocab, and other tests. then got an email that they would hold onto my information but they rejected me. 6 months later they contacted me about a position, i guess I didn’t do so terribly on the exam. Had a phone interview then a zoom interview. Then I took an ethics assessment and answered personal & business related questions, also had a background check. I have good credit, no criminal history, and thought i aced the personal/business questions. They told me they were excited about me. I was rejected after that again with an automated message and it felt really impersonal since I went through a lot for this interview process. Super cut-throat. All I can do is laugh since they rejected me (the second time) after actually getting to know me. Feels like a bad tinder dating experience.
3 Different rounds, in the final round, they were unfortunately very unfriendly and not passionate about their roles. Did not give me a good feel for their company culture or environment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why should we hire you out of all of the hundreds of other applicants?
Multiple phases with an aptitude test and a personality test and fact to face rounds. Starts with HR manager, then regional director, then area vice president. You take the test again at the end.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (New York, NY) in May 2025
Interview
Interview process took three weeks, involved taking tests, additional emails, and about three rounds of interviews. On my third interview I joined a zoom call that the interviewers were unprofessional and not prepared. They did not care about getting to know me or any of my responses. It seemed as though they were just checking a box. I was told in the interview to dress business professional but both interviewers were wearing Polos. In my interview they explained that success in the role is based on what peers think of you.
Overall, they wasted my time when I was overqualified for the entry level position. Overall, I would stay away from this position if you have any professional expirence.
