I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Dec 2017
Interview
They will contact you about taking a long 2 hour IQ/Personality Test before they will consider moving on with the application. The test covers topics including ethics, pattern recognition, and algebra concepts. Each portion of the exam is timed from 3-30 mins. It does not cover anything regarding software development. Truthfully not worth the time if applying for a software position, time is better spent working on side projects/other jobs.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
