I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in May 2012
Interview
First they e-mailed me a list of instructions before coming in for the interview. This included completing a 45 minute basic personality test. You then go to the location for the scheduled interview. You take a one hour aptitude and basic skills test on a computer, which could be frustrating for some people. I found it to be a complete waste of time, but on the other hand I guess they get to see the level of your problem solving and basic math skills. After this test, I had a 1:1 interview - which was average and lasted about 30 minutes. Afterward, I took an ethics test and answered a few open ended personality questions about my hobbies and such (this was optional). Overall with the waiting time, I was there for about 2 hours.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Kettering, OH) in Feb 2022
Interview
After a grueling process of a random SAT test, they rapid fire interview you while the recruiting team "causally" eyeballs you to make sure your a "fit" - very interested and exhausting experience
I applied through university. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
The interview process was very long. Have to take an aptitude test for an hour then move to the interview. Told me when I arrived that the position i applied for wasnt available anymore and offered a different position in a different work category.
