I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Oct 2011
Interview
The process is very long. They try to weed out people by their never ending tests. I personally don't think that those tests can determine your personality or your opinions. People will feel obligated to put certain responses to ensure the job. However, the people were nice and comforting. Just know, if you're applying to this job, you will be spending hours in front of a computer that will try to determine if your personality and opinions are suited for the company.

I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
First met with recruiter for video interview. Later interviewed with the Marketing team. For the last round I was able to go into the office and shadow some associates. Was not overly difficult. Felt like a pretty standard interview process.
Very tough. Many steps in the interview process. The preliminary parts took a great deal of time. This involved math related assessments, visualizations and patterns. Definitely a touch process, but worth the experience.

Interview
The interview process starts with an in depth assessment which takes around an hour and forty five minutes. The assessment is broken into two parts: a personality test and a math/pattern assessment. Each part had several sections some which were timed. Each section is multiple choice. I was emailed after my results were reviewed. I was not chosen for the next step, a face to face interview.
