I emailed my CV and cover letter to a representative. Then received a call to arrange an interview two days later. The communication was fairly fluid. I applied to the Rainham branch but any telephones inquiries were first answered by the head office and then transferred to Rainham. The recruiter was very accommodating in regard of dates and time of interview. The interview lasted for about half an hour and consisted of mostly personality based questions with some competency question thrown in too.
