Interview
The interview process is long and thorough. They are slow to hire but take great care in selecting who they hire. The first interview is over the phone. The second interview is a panel interview. The third interview is with the CEO. During this process they are profiling everything about you. My advice: dress like your ready to work, be clear and concise in your answers.
