I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Restaurant Brands International (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2022
Interview
4 rounds, second round was case, the rest were behavioural. The case was a typical strategy consultant case but focused on their industry.
None of the behavioural questions were hard, or had curveball questions. I felt like they were really going by work experience, grades and profile. I don't think there was much agency in the quality of my answers or my performance in the interview that would have changed the outcome.
