The hiring process was divided into 3 stages: the first contact took place at a virtual event. Afterward, the telephone interview with HR was characterized by seriousness, high interest, and respect on the part of the HR agent. Finally, the interview with the managerial agent, who left me waiting for 7 min in the waiting room, was totally unprepared and without any interview agenda template. The whole interview didn't even take 10 minutes, and I was told that I would not get the offer.
