I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ReliaQuest (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied for both a Security Engineer and Security Analyst position. About 2 weeks after applying, I was contacted by a recruiter from their Tampa, FL office via email to setup the first interview over the phone. After that was a video interview with the same recruiter that was mostly a general interview with a couple technical questions. The third interview was a phone call with two members of the engineering team asking nothing but technical questions. The fourth interview was a phone call with administrative employees that asked cultural and behavioral type questions. After that interview, I completed a personality assessment online that took about two hours. I was then offered a final interview. It was a video interview with two members of management at the Las Vegas office. Even though I didn't receive an offer and the interview process was very long (all of this over 2 months), everyone along the way was very kind and helpful

Question 1
How do you deal with a client who was unhappy with your performance
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ReliaQuest (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process consisted of 4 stages. The first being a behavioral screen with a recruiter. The second stage was a technical interview with two members of the engineering team. Third phase was a personality and brain-teaser online test. Lastly, the fourth was a call with two members of leadership. The technical interview was not super difficult assuming you know some of the basics of Linux and networking. Overall, this was one of the most professional and high quality interview pipelines I have ever been through. The recruiter la was great to work with!
