The interview process was structured and professional. It began with an online application, followed by a screening call from HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. After that, I was invited for a panel interview, which included academic heads and senior teachers. I was asked about my teaching philosophy, classroom management strategies, and experience with the curriculum.
I was also required to conduct a demo lesson, either in person or via video, which was observed and followed by feedback. In the final stage, I had a one-on-one meeting with the principal to discuss expectations, school culture, and career development opportunities. The entire process was clear, respectful, and focused on both pedagogical skills and fit with the school community.
