The interview process was misleading from beginning to end, and the interviewers including the CEO demonstrated unprofessional and disrespectful behavior in the interview. The hiring practices don’t align with the way the organization describes itself online. If they can’t treat the candidates they recruit and invite to interviews with respect, it raises questions about the organizations mission and culture. I would not recommend interviewing or working with this organization given my experiences with the leadership.
