Interview
A friend saw the ad on Craigslist and forwarded me the link. There was a live webinar to attend which covered the basics of the product, compensation & company itself. This was followed by a brief telephone interview.
Group interview which seems like you are competing for a position, overall felt weird and uncomfortable.
Pay is not the best either, mostly commission based.
