Casual and conversational, but still informative. Mostly reviewed portfolio work and focused on role descriptions and firm's expectations. Overall pleasant experience. The office tour and meeting other employees was helpful in better understanding work conditions and the types of projects that I would be working on.

Lots of questions that were specific to portfolio work.
simple, straightforward portfolio questions. were not trying to trick you- i was a little underprepared for larger design conversations though. I would think a bit about what you can bring to the table besides the obvious
Respectful and normal questions like why do you want to work here, what could you work on, what kind of projects are you interested in, etc. It was over zoom and scheduled after I met them at a school event.
