I interviewed at Reed Elsevier Shared Services (Quezon City, Quezon City)
Interview
The interview process is well organized and structured. Candidates are asked to wait in a separate breakout room while the HR representative prepares for and conducts the interview in a smooth, efficient, and professional manner.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reed Elsevier Shared Services (Manila, Manila) in Oct 2025
Interview
Slow, tedious, had so many interviews only to be rejected. HR has the tendency to ghost applicants and doesn't reply to follow-ups. They string you along for nothing. I asked for a salary but they low-balled me. Too low to even survive in the city. It's the barest of minimum.

I interviewed at Reed Elsevier Shared Services (Chennai)
Interview
The interview was disappointing as the interviewer focused more on personal details than professional abilities, overlooking skills, experience, and competencies that truly matter for evaluating the candidate’s suitability. This approach made the discussion feel biased and unstructured.
A meaningful interview should evaluate capability, not personal background.
