Pretty straightforward and human friendly. It's a fast-paced organisation, with no time to waste. The first interview was with HR, the second, detailed one, was with the Director Sales and the third was with the Department Head. Very generic questions, history, past employment experience, expectations with Redox etc. Overall very comfortable experience.

HR was more interested to know why Redox? The old seasoned question, still going. The rest of the process was more generic, mainly covering experience with the previous employer and future expectations, with very few technical questions.
