Interview was pathetic
.They are so irresponsible
.They cheat with the fresher's.They want money for the jobs ..They are so big cheater.They call you and want to male money with you..They all are theater...
We had 2 rounds of interview one tech and the other one cultural. The offer was shared swiftly. Post that some negotiations happened and we were able to close the offer. Post joining on boarding was smooth

Interview
It was one day process interview where they ask me to write a program on paper after that they ask to wait until other interviews are over then explain the job they are hiring for. It was traning based job for which we have to pay to get traning on outsourcing.. Simply I was applying for freshers Software Developer job how Can it turned to be training based..? Yes, its a good cultured company, but this was disappointed. Make clear with them about profile if you are going for an Interview.
