The interview consisted of a phone screening with an admin person, then an in person interview with a director and another manager. It was pretty straightforward. Parking at the Chicago was tricky though.

Very kind gentle manager that did an initial phone interview with me. Great experience for the follow up in person interview on site. Very open to ideas. The entire process is very relaxed and calm, no pressure at all.
